読書交流会　Reading Exchange

Reading Exchange was a great success ! We had the pleasure of the Grade 5 and 6’s visited the Grade 1 and 2 classes to read English story books to them. The students all enjoyed the event especially the younger students who look up to their seniors at the school. I was very touched by how the uppear years took care of the younger students and engaged them with questions and conversation. Let’s all spread the joy of reading to the school!

６月２7日の読書交流会は大盛況でした！5年生と6年生が1年生と2年生のクラスを訪れ、英語の絵本を読んでくれました。子供たちはみんな、この交流会を心から楽しんでいましたが、特に高学年を尊敬している低学年は、その様子が印象的でした。高学年が低学年を気遣い、質問や会話で積極的に交流している姿や穏やかで和やかな雰囲気に、とても感動しました。読書の楽しさを学校全体に広げていきましょう！
